Bars Directly On The Beach

This page is intentionally stricter than “beachside.” These are New Smyrna Beach bars that are literally on the beach or directly oceanfront, not just on the beachside half of town. They are the best fit when you want drinks with sand, surf, and ocean views as the main attraction.

When To Choose An Oceanfront Bar

Pick an oceanfront bar when you want a casual beach-day stop, a place to meet friends after swimming or surfing, or a low-effort sunset-to-evening plan. If you want a broader nightlife crawl, the full local bars list gives you more Flagler Avenue and restaurant-bar options.
